*IMPORTANT* This form must be completed for EACH student riding the bus.
This registration form is only AM and PM transportation to and from home and campus. This excludes extracurricular transportation such as field trips and sporting events.
Submitting this form does not guarantee transportation services for any student. The school bus is an extension of the classroom, and the principal or their designee will administer discipline with the assistance of the bus driver. All school board policies including the Student Code of Conduct apply to student conduct on the bus. Signing below indicates you have read and understand the Hondo ISD Bus Rider Safety Handbook and have read and understand the district policy regarding video cameras on school busses. Again, the school bus is an extension of the classroom, and as such, phones may not be used while riding the school bus.
Students are only eligible for transportation if they live within the designated transportation area for their assigned campus. Eligibility areas may change from year to year and can be verified by contacting the Transportation Department.
Eligibility and bus route assignments are based on a student's Skyward home address for grades Pre-K through 12. The transportation department CANNOT change a student's address in Skyward.
Stop locations, routes, and eligibility may change for higher efficiency and improved services.
