Today, we proudly recognized our School Resource Officers for the important role they play in supporting the safety and well-being of our students, staff, and campuses. Although School Resource Officer Appreciation Day is observed on Sunday this year, we celebrated early to ensure they felt the gratitude of our district and community.
Our SROs are more than a presence on campus — they build relationships, mentor students, and work collaboratively with school leadership to help maintain a safe and positive learning environment. Their commitment extends beyond school walls, serving both our schools and our broader community with professionalism and care.
To show our appreciation, we provided breakfast and presented a small token of gratitude as a reminder of how much their service means to us.
