There are currently three ActiveCare plans offered through TRS-ActiveCare: Primary, Primary+, and HD. For information you can link directly to the BCBS website www.bcbstx.com/trsactivecare to view Medical Plan Benefits, Benefit Booklets, Highlights of Plans and Summary of Benefits (SBC). You can also link to the Caremark website for a list of Maintenance prescriptions, to locate a Pharmacy, and to check the cost of medications.

Personal Health Guides
As part of your TRS-ActiveCare coverage, you have access to health advocates at no added cost to you. Called Personal Health Guides (PHGs), these advocates are available 24/7 to make your health plan easy to use and help you maximize your benefits.
A PHG can assist you around the clock with:
• Claims and benefits questions
• Cost estimates
• Finding in-network providers
• Medical and prescription drug benefits
• Prior authorizations
• Scheduling appointments
• Transitioning care and more
Call a PHG 24/7 at 1-866-355-5999 or chat with a PHG through the BCBSTX App, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The app is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
