The Hondo Area Chamber of Commerce selected Kimberly McGinnis as the Hondo ISD Educator of the Year. Her award was announced as Saturday's Chamber Dinner.
At Monday night's HISD School Board Meeting, Mrs. McGinnis was recognized by the School Board for this outstanding achievement.
